Configure Freshsales Connection

Navigate to the Manage Apps page and click on Configure.

You will be redirected to the Configure Connection page.

To get your API Key and Bundle Alias settings, log in to your Freshsales account.

As Freshsales for JSM uses a centralised Freshsales connection, please ensure that you log in with the correct login details.

Once you are logged in, click on your Profile on the top right. Then, click on Settings.

Click on API SETTINGS.

Click on the checkbox to view your API key.

Copy and paste your API Key and bundle alias to the Configure Connection page on JIRA.

If the connection is configured properly, you are now connected to Freshsales.
